We provide web and software development on a quoted basis. The scope, deliverables, and price of each project are agreed in writing before work begins. Timelines are estimates and may vary with scope.
3. Quotes and payments
- Each project includes a fixed quote with clear milestones, agreed before starting.
- Monthly services (hosting, maintenance, support) have no binding contracts and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.
- Third-party costs (payment gateways, AI APIs, domains) are billed based on actual usage.
4. Your data & privacy
We respect your privacy and that of visitors to the sites we build:
- Contact forms: information you submit through forms or WhatsApp is used only to respond to your request. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
- Analytics: we use a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool (Umami), with no cookies and no collection of personally identifiable data.
- Communication: emails and messages you send are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or project.
5. Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only browser local storage is used to remember your theme preference (light/dark), which stays on your device.
6. Ownership of work
Upon completion of the agreed payment, the client owns the website or software developed for their project. Jebside may showcase completed work as part of its portfolio, unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
